SMRC Prize Fund Terms & Conditions

  1. Qualifying Championships

For 2022 and 2023, the prize fund only applies to the top 3 overall finishing drivers, in the following championships*:

  • Scottish Classic Sports and Saloons
  • Scottish Citroen C1 Cup
  • Scottish Fiesta Championship
  • Scottish MINI Cooper Cup

*If any other class, championship or cup (e.g MINI Cooper S or Newcomers Cup) within each of these main championships, attracts 10 or more registered points scoring competitors, then this prize fund will automatically be applied to that specific class, championship or cup.

  1. The Prize Fund

The prize fund will be applied as follows:

  • Champion – 100% discount on 2023/24 registration fee and race entry fees
  • 2nd place – 50% discount on 2023/24 registration fee and race entry fees
  • 3rd place – 25% discount on 2023/24 registration fee and race entry fees
  1. The Prize Fund
  • Competitors can use their discount for registration into any SMRC Championship and entry into any races, during the year following their award. (e.g the 2022 C1 Cup runner up, would be eligible to get 50% off registration to any SMRC championship in 2023 and 50% off any races entered in 2023)
  • The prize can only be applied as a discount against registration and entry fees for SMRC Championships during the year following award.
  • The prize can only be redeemed by recipient driver; it cannot be transferred to another competitor.
